Courier (carbon neutral) deliveries
Where possible, small items such as clothing, artwork, skincare, accessories, toys and some homewares will be sent by courier the next business day after we receive your order. The costs will be dependant on the size and weight of your purchase and your location. Delivery fee is calculated and added at checkout.
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address or other causes.
A limit of one (1) delivery address per order applies. If you are sending items to multiple recipients, please ensure you place a seperate order for each recipient or get in touch with us directly. In general, you should receive your order within 2-3 days, however the best information about your delivery will come directly from the freight provider themselves. Guaranteed next-day delivery is not available at this time.
If you’re from outside Australia, we apologise however Moe and Me does not ship overseas via our online store.
Shipping can take a toll on the environment. That’s why Sendle, our courier delivery partners, have been 100% carbon neutral from day one. They calculate the carbon footprint of each and every shipment and purchase offsets from invaluable environmental projects around the world. Zero… that’s precisely the carbon footprint of every courier shipment you get from us.
At this time, furniture purchases are available for local delivery only, in the immediate Townsville area.
We take pride in the furniture pieces we select for your enjoyment, and we believe your purchases deserve a special degree of handling and care. To ensure this, we use professional, local furniture removalists who take extra care throughout the entire process. Your item/s will be secured during transit and will be hand unloaded and delivered to the ground floor of your address. This service does not include delivery upstairs, over balconies, unpacking or rubbish removal of the items.
Furniture items are dispatched every Wednesday and rates depend on the shipping address provided at checkout.
Lost or damaged goods
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at email@example.com within seven (7) working days of placing your order so we can investigate.

Moe and Me is committed to providing quality products and service. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within two (2) business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
