Sage Smudge Stick - Cleansing

This Sage Bundle can be used to cleanse your home, burn incense or simply use as decoration.

Firstly, open some windows in your home and set a positive intention before starting.

Hold the stick on a 45 degree angle and light the bottom of the bundle with a match or a candle.

Once you see a small flame, blow it out. Have a heat resistant dish handy to place the bundle on.

Walk through your home or space with the smouldering stick and keep your intentions in mind throughout the process.

When finished, leave the bundle in the dish to burn out naturally.
